After rescheduling her party 3 times, we finally found a date when she could have all her friends come. Makayla chose to have a pool party, so we did a few things at the house then it was off to the pool for the party. The kids all seemed to have a lot of fun! Makayla waited a long time to finally have her friend party, we were glad to have it done!!! (at least I was)

July 4th

We invited some friends to come watch the parade with us this year. The kids enjoyed the throwing of the candy as always and watching the fire trucks and horses!

Father's Day trip at Bear Lake

Scott wanted to get away for Father's Day so we went up to the lake.  It was great, we got to enjoy Mother Nature and have quality Family time!

In door camp out!

We had a camp out in the family room. 

 I put up the tent and the 3 kids and I had a camp out!!!

We had a good time playing and watching movies.  But Matt wouldn't settle down so I had to take him upstairs where he and I fell asleep.  Then Lyss got up in the middle of the night and came into my room so Makayla slept in the tent alone!!! Oh well the intentions were good:)

makayla's 8th Birthday

Makayla turned 8 on the 7th of June.  We had a small family party on the 6th.  Went out to dinner, her choice of course then opened gifts.

Air Show

We went to the air show.  It was awesome.  and loud!!!! 

We also went to the museum we got to see all the big planes and Matt found a "Sarge" like the one in cars. So we had to take his picture with it.  He really wanted to go climb in and play in it!

makayla's 2nd grade talent show

Kayla's class had a talent show on the last day of school.  She chose to sing one of her favorite songs.  I won't say I'm in love from Hercules.  She did really good.  This is something I never would have been able to get her to do had she not been in Up with kids.  And she chose to do this on her own.  All I did was come along to watch and record it!!!!

Alyssa graduated from preschool at the end of may.  They did a little program and every kid had a little part to say.  There was also so many cute songs.  It was a fun graduation program.
