Matthew's birthday was on the 22nd of April. We had a small family party for him that day, then on Sunday the 26th we had a big family party with all our close family and friends. He made off with another haul and I'm sure he didn't realize what all the fuss was about, but he sure had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the attention that he got!!!
Opening presents on his actual Birthday...
Playing with the toys he got (cute video of this below)
race track!
Big book of TRUCKS!
Power tools!
Sunday-Family party presents...
I painted Makayla's old rocking chair red
and added Matt's name and fire trucks, etc
The seat...I painted the fire maltese
The top has his name and I stamped some
fire related images too..helmets, trucks and
Dalmatians!
The rocking chair. it turned out pretty
good, I must admit! :)
But what really matters is...
He loves it!!!!
He got a red (fire truck) from Aunt Leslie &
Uncle Ammon...It's his favorite of all the gifts!
Cars bedding!
Books and puzzle from Grammy & Pappa
And a piggy bank from Grandma & grandpa.
(putting his money in his new bank!!!)
The cake... he's a big lightning McQueen fan so
that's what kind of party and cake he had
Not only was it a "Ny-Nee"(Lightning) cake
It was a yummy cake too!
